Superb stay with very nice views!

I had a lovely room with a balcony. It faced the Burj and the fountain. The fountain show from the terrace made a huge difference. I really appreciated having club access. It included breakfast and dinner. The staff always wanted to help.

The hotel was impeccably clean, and I found the service to be excellent. Housekeeping maintained the room perfectly throughout my stay. Narendhar and Imran were very polite, and they were helpful. The hotel provides gym access, a pool, and several restaurants.

I came for a short trip and found the location central with easy access to the mall. The fountain view from the room was fantastic. Staff members were VERY friendly and always ready to assist. The restaurants offered a wide variety of choices, too.

The hotel features a large swimming pool area with plenty of sun loungers and shaded areas, perfect for relaxation. The gym includes multiple treadmills and stationary bikes for a complete workout. various weight-training machines. Guests can also enjoy convenient access to the adjacent mall.

The housekeeping team was efficient and quick, providing great cleaning services daily. Mr Reagan and Mr Bashir were very helpful. Room service delivered promptly and paid close attention to detail, fulfilling all our requests efficiently. Front desk staff offered a warm welcome and addressed all inquiries courteously.
